Japan Rugby Tour 2014

  • Published in Junior

The British Schools players gave a splendid display of their rugby skills, teamwork, determination and true School Spirit during the recent Japan Rugby Tour.  They finished top of their group and qualified for the quarter finals.  Then, in a nail biting match against tough competition from an impressive French team, The British Schools were denied their worthy place in the semi-finals by just two points in a match that ended 22-20.

Overall, The British Schools team achieved a very commendable 6th place out of 16.

Most admirable of all was the players’ good conduct throughout the Tour and their great sense of fair play and camaraderie in all matches.
