On Monday, 12th June, Prep students celebrated Community Helpers Day at School as part of their Unit of Inquiry, under the transdisciplinary theme, “How we organise ourselves."
Working on their second Unit of Inquiry “I feel good”, under the Central Idea “People can be creative and express themselves with different materials”, Year 1 students received the visit of Ms Acle, who showed them the way she reuses materials to be creative and express herself.
As part of the Unit of Inquiry, "Who We Are", Year 5 students visited the Cathedral of The Most Holy Trinity and the New Israeli Congregation of Montevideo.
As part of the Unit of Inquiry, “ How we organise ourselves,” Form 3 students took a walking tour around the neighbourhood of Carrasco, principally around the main street of Arocena.
For the last few weeks, Y4 students have been preparing for their Mini Exhibition.
Students carried out an investigation under the Transdisciplinary Theme: Sharing the Planet, focusing on Conflict Resolution.
