Y2 - Granja La Dominga

As part of our unit of inquiry, ‘How the world works’, we visited Granja La Dominga, to learn more about plants and their life cycles. Students enjoyed an engaging talk with an agricultural specialist, and then got hands-on planting vegetables like potatoes, lettuce and beetroot.

We also shared lunch, played outdoors and had a lovely time together. As a special treat, each child received a lettuce plant to take home and care for.

It was a fantastic day full of learning and fun!
