Year 5 Explores Espacio Ciencia

Year 5 students enjoyed an exciting afternoon of inquiry at Espacio Ciencia, where curiosity guided every step of their learning. As they explored the interactive exhibits, they took ownership of their learning by experimenting, testing ideas, making observations and asking thoughtful questions. 

While the experience brought our current unit of inquiry, ‘Sharing the Planet’, to life by exploring how scientific understanding and innovation influence the way we interact with the world and support more sustainable ways of living, it also sparked personal interests and inspired students to investigate a wide range of scientific ideas beyond the classroom. The excitement, laughter and engagement throughout the afternoon were a wonderful reflection of our young learners embracing inquiry with confidence, curiosity and joy.
