ICMUN

On Saturday, 15th November, MUN Club participated in this year's final conference, the International College Model United Nations (ICMUN). This marked the culmination of a successful year filled with both local and international events.

Our most experienced members, Guillermina Pintos and Andrés van Tienhoven, excelled in their leadership roles as President of the Human Rights Council (HRC) and Deputy President of the General Assembly Third Committee (GA3), respectively.

Our seasoned delegates—Augusto Szymberg (DPRK, GA3), Malena Ormachea (Pakistan, HRC), Luke Donovan (Australia, HRC), Juan Diego Fiestas (DPRK, HRC), and Federica Acuña (Pakistan, Security Council)—engaged actively in debate, faithfully representing their delegations' positions and delivering compelling speeches.

We also welcomed a new member, Emilia Simonet (Pakistan, UNESCO), who experienced her first conference debating the impact of AI in education—a topic of high relevance. Overall, this was a promising conclusion to the year, setting the stage for even greater achievements in 2026.
