Piso Digno
As part of our community involvement projects, we set off with a group of Year 9 students and their parents to build floors in a neighbourhood called ‘San Miguel.’
We split into three working groups: two were in charge of building floors and the third one was in charge of cooking food in the local ‘merendero’ for over 350 people.
The money was raised during the Piso Digno fundraiser back in August; it added up to 11 floors which will be built in several dates throughout the year with Y9 volunteers.
t was a successful and meaningful experience for our students and their families.
